Villa Emily is a neoclassical-style family home set in a large garden of olive and pine trees. Long days here move between the pool, shaded terraces with views to the sea, and dinners outside by the barbecue.
Inside there are generous living and dining rooms on two floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms for up to eleven guests, so families and groups of friends can stay together without feeling crowded.

Pool and garden
The garden wraps around the house: lawns, stone-paved paths, a small chapel, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, and a playground and treehouse for children.
Inside the house
Bright rooms with tall windows opening onto the terraces, a grand piano in the main living room, and a second living and dining area on the first floor.
Celebrations in the garden
The grounds can host gatherings of up to around 100 guests: birthdays, christenings, family reunions or a long summer dinner under the trees.

- Lagonisi, on the Athens Riviera, with a supermarket next door. The nearest beaches are about 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot, Athens airport about 20 minutes by car, and central Athens or Cape Sounio about 45 minutes.

The house and grounds are so spacious, and the pool is a really good size. We went as a group of 8 (two families of 4) and the layout was perfect.
Pictures don’t show it off properly. There is a huge balcony on the 1st floor with sea views… The grounds have a treehouse, lots of water features, chapel.
Wow, what a stunning house! The photos on Airbnb did not do it justice.
He even brought some toys for my kids to play with in the pool, which was really appreciated. The villa itself was lovely and clean with plenty of room for our family of 7.
